Million metre challenge
The Million Metre challenge is back! At 4pm on 19th March, we will be attempting to exceed last year’s distance and row 1.5 million metres in 24 hours.
If you’d like to take part, sign up using this link and start fundraising! The rowing machines will be available for training in the library space on the 3rd floor from 6th January. You can also book a training session by clicking here.
A ‘watch and learn’ will be hosted in the same area on … so come along and find out more about how to prepare for the challenge and the available training assets.
This year we are partnering with The British Heart Foundation and will be raising funds for their invaluable cause.

We are excited to continue our partnership with The Boat Race, the annual rowing competition between Oxford and Cambridge University crews with a history dating back to 1829.
Throughout our 80 years+ of history we have successfully navigated choppy waters by working together. We enjoy cheering on the men’s and women’s teams as they push themselves to their limit to beat the competition.
